Delivery Timing

At Ashes Attire, we aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that there may be some instances where the delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, stock depletion, bad weather conditions, or logistical load.

Please note that the shipping time frames mentioned on our website are indicative only and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

Handling Fees
There are no additional handling fees for our standard shipping service.

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city, and area are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at ashesattire@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
