Exchange Policy

At Ashes Attire, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange an item, Request our exchange form from our support team. Fill out the form and include it with your return package. Ship the package via your chosen courier service. Upon receipt at our warehouse, we will process your exchange. A delivery fee of 200 PKR for the exchanged product will be collected as cash on delivery (COD).

How to Initiate an Exchange

To start an exchange, reach out to us through our social media channels or email. Our support team will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth experience.

Expected Exchange Timeline:

We handle exchange requests on a weekly basis. You can expect to receive your replacement package within one week of processing. 🥳

Return Conditions

Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

  • The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The item(s) do not meet the original product specifications or differ from what was purchased.

To raise a dispute, contact us within 3 days of delivery at ashesattire@gmail.com or via Instagram (@ashesattire).

Please Note: Exchanges cannot be processed under the following conditions:

  • Requests made beyond the 7-day exchange period.
  • Items damaged due to use.
  • Items that have been altered or tampered with.
  • Size issues resulting from customer error.

Ashes Attire does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees for purchased items.
